With no filing of motions by HJOE or Veal, we can

Enter Happy Jacks. I don't know the overall direction they are going with this, but with the uptick in Jacks SM, we can only surmise that Jacks, in some way is going to be a major player in HJOE returning. I'm not sure what it is yet, but I think they'll have a big role.
As for PPS projections, it will be extremely difficult to calculate for many reasons. One, HJOE will have to return with audited financials and that will add immediate authenticity to the company. Two, HJOE will be filing back fins as well as all current financials from CK, US expansion of their shots and Jerky. Is it fair to say that sometime early 2018, they make a return filing 7+ million in revenue?? Not out of the realm of possibility, but also, maybe less. Three, HJOE will be debt free, toxic free and conversion free upon their return. This will open the door as an appetizing short or medium play for traders. Four, HJOE will have avoided the grays and made an unprecedented return from dark status. Enter the euphoric and momentum factor, which does not take into account anything close to rational thought or regard for share structure, but a need and desire to get into a company that has achieved what HJOE will have done.
There is no amount of logic or company share structure that will hold HJOE back in the beginning days and perhaps weeks. They have built up such a massive free marketing and social media ground game that thousands of eyes are on this company waiting for their return. Remember, RMHB did .25c on practically no revenues. GIGL did .20+ on Jillian Michaels news. Bring it back to HJOE now. Perhaps the intro of Go Joe Juice on their return? A new sales company for their dealerships? SMS is gone, only stands to reason that they'll find someone else to do it. Mix up all of these possibilities, and they are real possibilities and the psychology of the play alone doesn't put it into a logical type run. Heck, GTGP did 1.25 without ever making a penny. You'd think a company like HJOE, coming back from the ashes and gaining instant authenticity in following SEC guideline would be a rockstar.
The SS won't matter, initially. Once the euphoria died down and sanity return, it will. The initial run, just as a silly WAG, I'd put well ove .20c a la the two I mentioned earlier. Should they come back with close to 10 million in 2018, or even mention a 10 million deal, we can probably double that. Don't forget about the potential for holding a penny and uplisting. Yes, I know, down the road stuff. Hurdles to get over yet, but the possibilities for a majestic run upon their return (and I do believe quite strongly they are returning) is well within the realm of reality.
I may get scoffed at, especially by bashers, but I'd be worried as hell if I were them because HJOE keeps snapping photos, they keep showing dealers and events with tens of thousands of people, they keep pushing the SM envelope, they're building a huge following, they keep pumping out the product and they keep us pretty well informed to the best of their ability during this time. Mix it all up, stir vigorously and you've got yourself one hell of a run.
