The Transfer Agent for BLTA (Standard Transfer & Trust Company, Inc.) gets electronic feeds from all brokerage houses for holders of BLTA "as of" any date they request. BLTA will certainly get the report from STTC to determine who is a shareholder.....so if you own shares, you are in.
