To Thesmalls, you are correct about the possibility of long term holders liquidating immediately and creating overhang-resistance to a strong run.
But, I think that the run to .01 happened after HJOE stopped share delivery to KBM. So, I believe the float was the same as it is now. I think that .03 will be easily attainable, since no other penny play will actually have verifiable million dollar revenue streams that will be sustainable and growing.(Look at ACOL) 3 billion shares and it ran to .05 on a 1.1 million order-Their first and only) Now compare revenus of ACOL vs HJOE and I can see where Goodspeed ,Bump,and X-10 see a much great pps spike.
Remember that a lot of penny plays get between 60-80 million market cap, without any proven sales. This play will be much different than any we have seen because the q will verify exponential growth. At 15- 20 times revenue this is at 04.
Don't think for a moment that GENE is not going to be able to make any money on this he=.600k plus invested in this at .03 and has been patient for years. Those of you that sell under .02 will be chasing. JMHO
Secondly, a lot of this hinges on how many shares are short. If there are a lot, the squeeze element will aid this greatly at the onset. Those selling immediately on this scenario, will lose out as day traders and short covering will blast this up and soak up a lot of the shares. I can see a couple of 80-100 million share days that soak up all of the shares of first day sellers.(This scenario is only if there are hundreds of millions of shares short.)
The thought of this opening up at .10 is prosperous. The MM's will not open this up at its upper range. The MM's will want to capitalize on inventory and taking cheap/cheaper shares from those that have a lot.
The second scenario I see is that it will open up at .01...grind its way to .02, the MM's will get many long term holders out, then ,once they have inventory,this willl climb much higher. It will eventually get to 2-3 times what Gene Paid for his. Trust me he is going to double or triple his money.
So, I do not see this ever getting to .20-.30 as constructed, but I find .01-.03 exceeding low based on ongoing and verifiable "UPWARD/INCREASING" revenues and future sales projections. This will be one of the first micro cap stocks ever that will show real income, real products,and real partnerships. That should attract a ton of action and investors.
DO I think it will ever get to .15-.20. Not really.
Can I see it for a short time over .10-.12 possibly
