Leasinvest Real Estate - Convocation to the extraordinary general meeting and annual meeting that will be held on Monday 15 May 2017
The Manager of Leasinvest Real Estate SCA (the Company) is pleased to invite the holders of securities of the Company to attend the extraordinary general meeting and the annual meeting that will be held consecutively at the registered office of the Manager at 2000 Antwerp, Schermersstraat 42 , on Monday 15 May 2017 at 15.30h (3.30 PM) respectively 16.00h (4.00 PM).

Leasinvest Real Estate SCA BE-REIT (SIR/GVV) Leasinvest Real Estate SCA invests in high quality and well-located retail buildings and offices in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, in Belgium, in Switzerland and in Austria. At present the total fair value of the directly held real estate portfolio of Leasinvest amounts to over € 860 million spread across the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg (49%), Belgium (42%), Switzerland (5%) and Austria (4%). Moreover, Leasinvest is one of the most important real estate investors in Luxembourg. The total direct portfolio is invested in retail (48%), offices (37%) and logistics (15%). The BE-REIT is listed on Euronext Brussels and has a market capitalization of over € 528 million (value 13 April 2017).
