Norvestia has resolved to apply for delisting of its shares
Norvestia Oyj ("Norvestia") has today on 12 April 2017 announced that Norvestia's Board of Directors has today resolved to apply for the termination of public trading in the shares of Norvestia and the delisting of the shares. The termination of public trading in the shares of Norvestia and the delisting of the shares are meant to take place when CapMan Plc ("CapMan") has granted a security approved by the arbitral tribunal in connection with the redemption of the minority shares in Norvestia and thus acquired title to all the outstanding shares in Norvestia pursuant to Chapter 18, Section 6 of the Companies Act. CapMan estimates that Norvestia's minority shares will be transferred to CapMan after the security has been granted on or about in June 2017, at the earliest. The progress and duration of the proceedings are however dependent on the arbitrators and other parties of the proceedings.
Norvestia has today on 12 April 2017 announced that the application for the termination of public trading in the shares of Norvestia and the delisting of the shares of Norvestia will be submitted to Nasdaq Helsinki's listing committee latest 20 April 2017.
