Adding to her staff will be a necessity if she wishes to grow the business. A decent IR social media person to push the Amazon sales push her own site. Perhaps a web manager. A one woman show will only last so long.

As for the selling, it's a little absurd at this point. Lot's of panic, people showing they had no faith in their own DD. Probably taking slight losses (which I've read on Twitter and makes no sense). I'd rather have unrealized losses and hold red and wait for the quarterly and what will more then likely be rising sales, then to take a loss. Silly, impatient strategy.
