There is not enough information to determine if that is good or bad. Of course the bears are all over that one .
What is good news is the rest of the 8k where she says that inventory was not counted in the balance sheet and now it will. That is definitely a positive for the company's bottom line.
Her biggest problem thus far is her lack of comprehending the english language and trying to do everything herself. Its time to add to the management staff.
