No, that's the number one reason not to vote for 750M. Coming back to the shareholders is a good thing for everyone including management.

The strong move we need is a contract, and this appears to be at least 100M more "Bank" than needed to do that according to the shareholder letter and recent 8-K.

I support a large increase, but 750M is too much without a much more detailed explanation.
