Let Kyle defend his PR's and SEC filings. Let him prove gold coins were found on Area 2. I have come to understand they were found on the beach, and anyone that understands Florida statues knows there is a buffer between the beach and the site. So that claim of "the very site" would be FALSE.
The burden is Kyle's, not anyone else's.
Let him prove the Defendant banned posters.
Let him prove they had an agreement for transition to a recovery permit.
