I'm not here to represent the company, I'm just a shareholder.
SFRX will prove itself, I'm not worried about that. Kyle hasn't stuck with this for 8 or 9 years without a salary just to quit or give up now. I'm pretty sure reports of "Nothing" being found of the target vessel are wrong.
Are they using the Iron Maiden to dive right now?
Are there repairs being made to the IM?
If they have not used the IM on area 1 yet, how deep can they dive with the equipment they have?
How long will it take till they are using the IM?
There are a lot of questions that could be answered with a phone call to the company. SCaM might jump to the conclusion with answers that fits the angle he wants to promote. He will never call and ask. He will instead attack what posters say because that is where he has experience and that fits his agenda. That's one strategy.
The Convict Smallcapsmarket is the only one saying Kyle lied other than Volentine. That does not make him a liar. That just means SCaM and sidekick are calling him one. A big difference.
Maybe the 3 item agreement was verbal so there is no "proof." Maybe SCaM know this and continues to ask for something that does not exist. Maybe it was another archaeologist that found the coins, obviously not Sinclair since he has denied it. But they never said it was Sinclair, just an archaeologist. Maybe SCaM can send an email to Dr. De Bry and ask him. Are there other stories of people finding coins in the area that local people would know about?
These are not questions and answers I'm all that concerned about as there are scenarios that answer them if you don't look at it with a 100% negative expectation. I prefer to look at the past actions that are provable. He did get a recovery permit on Juno, he did get a permit for area 2 and now area 1, he has worked hard for a number of years. "Related parties" and other parties have bought shares via PP and are holding them, not even converting. Current crew members are hard workers with military experience, structure and dedication. And they are shareholders.
There are a lot of very obvious reasons why this is going to succeed in a big way regardless of knowing whether the "3 item" agreement was written or verbal. It is my hope that the past progress will continue to its ultimate conclusion. Or maybe it is now, the crew does not require Kyle to be on the boat to do their jobs. I think most importantly, whatever treasure is found first, it is just that, the FIRST. Each subsequent find and each new wreck will add to the success of SFRX as well as the share price.
I'm sure SCaM will spend a greater part of the day with a dissertation parsing my wording in an effort to discredit any positive thing I've said but I really don't care. He’s are just spinning his wheels at this point. His days are numbered.
