Well said mganthon and I totally agree..."actions speak louder than words". The Hemp "movement" has tremendous momentum and local state support. The economic and environmental benefits are putting pressure on the federal side that is pretty significant at this point.
I think the first couple 2017 harvests will tip the scale.
