AMD to Host Hybrid Annual Meeting of Stockholders

SUNNYVALE, CA--(Marketwired - Mar 30, 2017) - AMD ( NASDAQ : AMD ) is scheduled to hold its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on Wednesday, April 26, 2017 at 9 a.m. PDT at its corporate headquarters, "Commons Building," 1 AMD Place, Sunnyvale, Calif. and on the internet through a virtual meeting at amd.onlineshareholdermeeting.com . Forward-looking and other material information may be discussed during the meeting.

AMD stockholders at the close of business on Feb. 27, 2017 will be entitled to attend the meeting in person and will also be able to enter the virtual meeting by using the dedicated 12-digit proxy control number included in their proxy materials.
