You are asking a lot more than just "sandbag or not."
As brief as possible:
Even in my "lofty" position, I know no more than any other shareholder, and if I do ask a question of a sensitive nature, the response is infallibly, "I can't tell you that" or "I can't reveal that at this time." I am also NOT privy to PRs or when the PRs are going to be released.
So here is the little that I do know:
Anything of a material nature.....such as the SIGNING of a longterm lease or major financial commitments or investments, MUST be PR'ed within a few days of the event. That means that IF a lease is signed on the plane, then we WILL hear about it within a few days.
I also know that there is "A LOT" that CAN be PR'ed (though the specifics of what that is. I do not know) but that anything that is not MANDATORY to PR is not and will not be PR'ed. Anything NOT MANDATORY to be PR'ed will be held till the SHM.
Now, let's look at one item in particular - the lease of the plane. If signing the lease means that THAT PARTICULAR event MUST be PR'ed, then we will hear about it within a few days. BUT, if the plane IS NOT NEEDED right now, at whatever stage of the process they are in, then why sign the lease? Why not wait till the plane is REQUIRED....like probably right before the MINI-EVAC? And for that matter, if the MINI-EVAC isn't going to occur until at or around the SHM, then why not post-pone doing it until then?
So....what advice do I give to my friends and relatives.....and to my very own Mother?

OMG.........anything under a half penny is F'ing INSANE
