Since you are in the shareholder position that you are, I have an opinion on something that I think you can answer without issues, but if not, just say so.
Lots of comments daily as to WHEN accomplishments will be PR'D. Will it be this week, next week, held until the SHM etc.
Personally, if a public company, it's BOD/CEO sandbags news to hold it for a big bang at the SHM, I do not feel it is fair to all shareholders.
What I mean by that is, withholding milestone achievements past a certain point, without a justification, such as an item is part of a puzzle and the goal is not 100% complete, I can see holding off til the puzzle is complete, but if no more parts are needed, inform your shareholders in a PR right away, and in fact that is exactly what Tony is doing.
I'm ok with accumulating items for a single PR, providing hold time is only a few days.
The plane lease being complete 100%, is a major acheivement. It this is accomplished over the weekend, and the SHM is say for discussion end of May, that 2 months, keeping it under your vest....I don't believe Tony will do that, nor do I feel he can, as it's a material event.
If the lease is complete a week before end of May, by all means sandbag it!
There will be plenty of stuff in the short to long range business plan to dump on us at the meeting and create cheers, without holding everything close to the vest for weeks.
Concerning opinions here as to when news will come out or be held til the SHM, I disagree that it will...well, maybe a few things to pump up the crowd, but a little goes a long way, especially if the meeting is simulcast live.
