This seems to keep happening....the SHM date has not been announced.
The PR stated the SHM would be held "on or around Wed April 19."
Things can not go as planned with so many items needing to be done, in order to hold the meeting, delays occur despite the best of plans.
If that date was firm, we'd already know about it.
The date, location and particulars will be in a future PR, as that is a requirement by the SEC.
