Yes, for now Mr. Chan Heng Fai is laying the ground work to make sure his investment is hedged. But if he's a scumbag than he's a nail in the longs coffin. That's why I HOPE he's not a scumbag in GC's mold, untruthful PR's from one side of his mouth while says sell and dilute out the other.
