I may be mistaken, but believe the trial was double blinded, but in such trials the sponsor's are frequently permitted one or two peeks where the clinicians give them a feel of what's happening. I believe that a peek may have been why they chose to expand the trial, and I believe their statement on the 20th was based on the trial concluding.
Of course I could be wrong about this, but I believe that an investor who attended the Wall St. Conference in Florida indicated that the trial was to end then. I also should add that the investor didn't attend much of the conference, OWCP was a Platinum sponsor, the highest level, they were very well represented there and he spent essentially all of the day speaking with the company. The public presentation is posted over on I-H.
