Great posts GaryM and welcome! The 8-K released

The 8-K released on March 20 was not their initial reaction to the efficacy trial. In this release they stated that the preliminary results were promising and in the press release of the same day they said that they were "highly promising"
They stated in a previous 8-K release in February that the results were promising, in fact so much so that they decided to expand the trial to include other medical conditions.
Also just to clarify, there has been a huge misunderstanding that the clinical trials would be completed on March 20. The company NEVER made such a promise! The reason for this misunderstanding stems from the following video:

Let's put this to rest once and for all. At minute 4:53 it very clearly states that the efficacy study of the psoriasis cream is to be completed by "March 2017". It does not say March 20, 2017. So why was there a release on March 20 when there was no need for it, and they could have easily waited until they were in fact completed? The only reason I can think of is that they were given poor advice to release "something" on March 20 because of the above mentioned misunderstanding and heightened expectations.
I also don't think they should release anything at the end of the month unless they are ready to do so. In fact, in the press release Mordechai Bignitz, the CEO of the company states that the readiness of the product is "subject to positive completion of our safety IRB approved study and obtaining regulatory approvals from applicable jurisdictions" .
I would think most of us that care about the company would not want to create false expectations as to deadlines that the company may not be able to meet. Tell me the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth...But only when you're ready to do so.
