Fantastic 8k. Chang Fai now in control. Convertibles being retired for various stakes in AMBS/Avant subject to a bunch of good clauses, including capital infusions, uplisting, etc. 78,000,000 common outstanding. Basically the 8k says Heng Fai now is in control, note holders will have stakes in AMBS/Avant and must hold for basically the next year in order to give Heng Fai an opportunity to get the ball rolling, and SeD will be running the show. I love it.
