Agreed. The two most important items to take away for this PR is he is committed to eliminate the preferred stock and he is bringing in 3 directors to get operations moving. I 100% agree that with these folks coming in to assist with tasks in January, we can expect to see many of the most desired items completed including:

- TA Acquisition(s) of operating TAs
- acquisitions of operating brokerage(s)
- audited financials and uplist to otcbb
- s-1 for BCAP ans S-1 for subsidiary
- multiple IPO(s)
- extracting revenue from conversion of debt in TGGI and RIGH

All of these are in progress and he knows it is time to bring in help to get
Them all done much much quicker.

I am satisfied with the update. More detail will come out when Q3 is posted
and I am confident that folks that are holding and accumulating will be very happy they
did.
