I am not sure I see today's PR the same way as you.  Sure it was poorly written and did raise concerns that need to be dealt with, but sayings its now a fraud is a large stretch.  I will let you provide a better explanation of your fraud concerns so I can present my argument for it not being a fraud.

Btw, what is wrong with "worm"?  Did you want Mr. Dwyer, who is not an IT guy, to use a more technical term?
