If you had any interest of doing anything beyond trying to create a negatively bias conversation about NTEK you could answer your own questions.
Bringing up old issues that no longer hold relevance and trying to make them current. (Form 15, Jeff Foley shares ). Both of those things happened even before I invested in NTEK .
You seem to like to emphasize that the company filed a form 15. Why is that ?
As a "long term" investor as you claim you would have known this as well before you invested. And now your "concerned and want answers" hmmmm. Something counter intuitive about that.
And, Why are Jeff Foley's shares so important to you ? Why is that such an important "answer" for you to have relevant to your investment or the current business operations ? I can't see anything. Maybe I am missing something...
Are you trying to insinuate the company is involved in some kind of scam or impropriety ? Do tell.....
You do know the answer to the Mrs Foleys shares. Good. So why continue to bring it up and try to turn it into some kind of conspiracy ? Simple business transaction to support the company as opposed to acquiring toxic debt. Smart move on the companies part.
And, why do you need "evidence" of anything and what makes you think anyone (or the company for that matter) owe's you that.
If you went to Apple's IR with questions of a similar ilk and asking for "documented evidence", you would get an "off the shelf" answer and probably give the IR rep a chuckle thinking he had any obligation to answer that type of question.
As a public company they disclose everything it needs to in it's quarterly and annual report.
And yes they are not audited. But, in order to be audited in the future accurate information needs to be maintained now.
If these topics are of such a concern why are you still invested with the company ? Obviously, if these "issues" were of any real concern to you probably would have pulled up your stake and moved on.
The stock has risen to a point several times where selling at those high points could have minimized your losses.
