DESS Aquaculture Shipping AS - exercise of option

Reference is made to the financial report sent by DESSC on 18 August 2016, in which it was informed that DESS Aquaculture Shipping AS ("DESS Aqua") had entered into a contract for the construction of a 3,000 m3 wellboat. Under this contract, DESS Aqua has the option to buy another three similar vessels. DESS Aqua has now declared the first option vessel under this contract, and the vessel has a contractual delivery date in 2Q 2018.  Upon delivery, the vessel will enter into a five year charter contract with Marine Harvest. The vessel will be managed by DESSC and employed in Norway to support Marine Harvest's farming operations.
