Moral of the story....
RICK PUT THE CART BEFORE THE HORSE.
He announced a sale before it was even close to SOLD!
He screwed up...Which makes me think. If he screwed up a sale that someone else was selling, how bad has he screwed up sales that he was selling?
Rick needs to step down and let someone run the company who knows what they are doing and #2 who has time to run the company.
