After what Leo has been thru the past couple years he may have changed his mind and be willing to sell. Thats why I'm thinking he waits until everything finishes phase 2. Menon wants the Nobel Prize. Leo wants the money. Art came aboard to make a deal. The best deal would be all stock so we can participate in the future of the compounds. Unfortunately deals in the 8-10 billion range are usually all cash
