Simen Thorsen, Chairman of Board, has received proxies to vote for 3 221 515 272 shares at the extraordinary general meeting of Solon Eiendom ASA on 21 March 2017, representing approx. 33,15% of the total shares and votes at the general meeting. The proxies received are only valid for the general meeting and will lapse automatically thereafter.
Simen Thorsen, through his wholly owned company Hortulan AS, owns 2 434 000 000 shares in Solon Eiendom ASA, and may together with the received proxies vote for 5 655 515 272, representing approx. 58,19 % at the extraordinary general meeting.
