If the company publishes courtroom commentary in the Annual Report, management and the BOD deserve to be fired.
I'm not looking for product design roadmap details in the Annual Report, so if that was your perception sorry that I did not clarify.
No, you're looking for strategy, tactics and a litigation roadmap. So is JnJ. And that's why they employ people like yourself. you also want more information about the new products, particularly marketing plans, launch dates, etc. That's penny stock trader bullskat. If management publishes this in the Annual Report, they deserve to be fired.
It's like KB says, "people who constantly demand these things don't have the company's best interests in mind, but if they insist they should be patient and wait until they get their own public company to run."
I doubt you're going to be happy with the Annual Report. Management has a plan and I doubt that plan includes providing bullet points that can be used by pumpers to pump, traders to trade, bashers to bash and JnJ to sue.
Sometimes competitive advantage is not congruent with stock trading.
