Re: plutonium #306
Please define what a typical penny stock trader is as I would not consider myself a trader. I bought shares initially in the INstaCare days and bought more again in late 2015 - no shares sold yet. I have a target price in mind to pull off some of my investment, but would like to hold a significant portion to see where this might go long term. Holding until I die is not in the cards though, so if that makes me a trader, oh well.

Whatever the company publishes that is publicly released is out there, Annual Report or not. Commentary on what happened in the courtroom can be clarified without jeopardizing what J&J already knows. I'm not looking for product design roadmap details in the Annual Report, so if that was your perception sorry that I did not clarify.

BTW - I was not the one that introduced the concept of the "trap" on either board and then decided not to comment on it. Despite you not intending that to be a reason to trade, that certainly could have been construed as something to trigger a trade.

As I said earlier, I'm not the enemy, just looking to find credible information on what is happening with the company. I don't have the benefit of a 25 year career in the diabetes industry, nor any legal background, nor am I a diabetic, so I need to ask more questions. As for some of the other "traders" I don't feel entitled to an immediate gain or answers to any question I have. I take responsibility for my own decision to purchase DECN stock and the outcome of doing that.

Enjoy the rest of the evening and weekend.
