as i've noted previously .. this is oddly reminiscent of March 2011
re: daily reg sho %s blowing up and out on what would turn out to be
the 2nd lowest volume month of 2011 .. all b4 the (still to this day) record
setting volume month for PTOI of April 2011 .. reason being was multiple
both *volume* and NON RETAILs' *cycle of money* in play .. would force even
more ?s out of the complicit/incompetent and corrupt SEC in April 2011
.. it was also the set up for what would come in the summer of 2011 .. including
triggering reg sho for the first time on PTOI
what is interesting for those who *cant* see stock manipulation on the poorly
watched OTC is what 2017's volume is on par with .. that would be the first
year PTOI began publicly trading .. 2009
so either we've gone full circle (which i've never bought) .. or there is nothing left
re: liquidity .. legit or abusive to access except the occasional GTC that has expired
and those imo have very limited shelf lives
which is why as i've noted numerous times
what comes next .. and how handled .. should reveal intent
the only way to part folks shares from their accts .. is for them to sell them
one usually sells for 3 reasons ..
they can't take anymore and will sell at a loss (signifcant or smaller) i.e. capitulate
their stock is taken to a PPS that is above their CB or to a CB on volume they
think will be as good as it gets for them ..
or a stock is stalled for such a long period of time .. (PTOI has been sub 10c
for most of the last 3 years and 3 months with a handful of exceptions) .. that
resentment grows

August 2013 .. vs selling them then
who bought when PTOI was taken sub 10c .. vs selling them then
who bought when PTOI was taken sub 5c .. vs selling them then
who bought the % of the 3M settlement cert not scrounged by NON RETAIL
and when did PTOI's volume decrease significantly .. i.e. volume spigot turned to the OFF position
that is why the next round of info out of P2O matters .. and not just whether
an MOU converts to a DA ..
lots of games *early* on l2 ..
