I think you need to do additional reading. Please look at the 8ks that came out after Feb 1st. You will find your answers there. If you are coming from other boards that brainwashed you with false information, you came to the right place to learn more about the company. Still, do the DD for yourself. Come to your own conclusions. After you read all of the filings, come back with some questions and I am sure we can all answer them for you.
