Do you know anyone that has psoriasis?
If you do, would they try a cannabis-based product to treat the symptoms?
I am not a hater. I own OWCP. However, I have great concern about the lack of $$ in the bank, and I question if there's even a real market for a cannabis based psoriasis cream?
Personally, I've lived a long life as a trader. I don't know ONE person with psoriasis, never mind them being open to treating psoriasis with a cannabis based cream.
Just think about it logically. Who is buying this cream? And why aren't these patents, which are assets, on the OWCP balance sheet? They are nowhere to be found, other than an individual, will not name here, but it's public information -- not a company, owns a patent for a cannabis bases psoriasis cream. Now OWCP has no debt, NONE. However, as of 2/1/17, their balance sheet shows $96K in cash and liquid assets. They even state in their most recent release, that without another round of funding, they will be unable to continue to operate. DO NOT PANIC. They will have a very successful round two of funding. But to you and me, current shareholders, we will most likely be diluted by 100%. Now, that's not good for early investors, who, by rights, should receive the largest reward for taking the early risk. But financials, and how OWCP funded themselves, leaves no other choice but dilution and a third round of funding -- probably a large amount. You decide. But, again, who's buying this product?
