well that thinking is how many missed out on OWCP I did the intitial DD there called bottom at .003 and told people to load up.
Those that did well you know the rest......
I like how joey and management here have run and setup up this company to expand. That initial LOI was used to get the second one and now precedence has been set with Michelle and Jillian working hard here more "build out offers will come"
