I know it. Hence why I don't really care for that article this morning practically saying we are going to need to issue more debt. Clearly the clown who wrote the article doesn't know what franchising means or didn't take the time to read the LOI with the Shops at Tanforan. Whoever wrote it, doesn't seem like they did enough DD on $GIGL.
