Where is proof of a 3 item agreement?
What if the agreement was verbal instead of written? How is that suppose to be proven? Maybe you know this already and that's why you insist on getting something that does not exist. Obviously they would have to apply for the recovery permit to get it but going from the discovery with a dig and identify to the recovery should only require a few items from the "dig and identify" process along with the application to upgrade to the recovery. This is not difficult to understand. And what if it's not "3" items and the recover application? What's if it's 5 or 10? What's the difference? If they start digging into the wreck they will find plenty no matter the number. So this specific number is not important to the success of SFRX and thus a rising stock price.

80/20?
As I understand it and others have commented, this is the standard public/private agreement split when working with the state of Florida in this manner. The state takes the 20% they want off the top, the private entity (SFRX) keeps the remaining 80%. I'm sure this could be verified with a call to FBAR. In any case, what split were you expecting? 50/50? 90/10? Have you heard differently? If so, what is the split you heard? Who did you hear that from and why haven't you mentioned it already? If they find a great deal of treasure and announce it, do you think the split will determine whether the stock price goes up on that news? Again this is not a determining factor for the success of SFRX.

The name of the archaeologist that found gold coins on Area 2 that Sinclair knows nothing about?
Have you tried asking their OTHER archeologist? You keep steadfastly and proudly declaring that it's not one of them but never inquire or even consider that there might be another one? Have you looked into that as fervently as you did the first one? Have the locals who search the area on a regular basis reported finding coins over the years? Does it matter if locals found it or if an archeologist found it or is it more important that they were found, regardless of who found them? And who said this happened? A poster or someone from the company? I don't remember a PR from the company making this claim. Which would mean one of your main beefs with Craig Huffman is that an anonymous person posted a comment online about one of his clients. I assume he has other clients. Do you also harass them? Are you hunting them all down to extract your revenge on Huffman? Or just SFRX?
Of course your request is that "proof" must be shown in these answers and then you will go away. You also said that Huffman must be "held to account" and then you would go away. But it doesn't matter because you are not going away in either case. You will simply claim that whatever was produced was not "proof" or you will interpret your version of "held to account" to whatever keeps you here harassing shareholders. You will parse words and phrases to your heart's content and hold to your talking points no matter what.
I do wonder what will happen to you once SFRX does find treasure. Not a little, but a lot. Again and again treasure is found, PRs are coming out left and right, stock price is skyrocketing, shareholders are celebrating.... Will you still be here banging your head against the wall complaining about emails from Mary, Huffman not properly inviting you to call Kyle a liar to his face, words spelled with a "k", 80/20 split, 3 item agreement ("show me proof!, got a link?" ) and how the very thing you do all day long can not possibly affect the price of a penny stock even though that is your stated purpose of being here (to harm Huffman vicariously through SFRX)?
Maybe I'll check in on you occasionally from some remote location scattered about the world.
I'll just smile and shake my head. Then go back to my sweet life.
