Kyle's deposition was about his previous testimony ONLY. He was afraid to go into anything else.
Likewise, why wasn't the super duper blogger asked about such things in his deposition?
You can say it's all hearsay, and I guess technically it is, but the foundation can easily be made. Huffman knows this which is why they won't prosecute.
