Chang Heng Fai means business. Read his letter to shareholders on the Singapore E-Development webpage about venturing into biotech with SeD Biomedical. He writes about the "cutting edge American biotechnology company" that Sed Biomedical plans to establish a holding in (AMBS). Fai is taking out the toxics, placing his own CFO and the rest of his team on the BOD, and turning this thing around. Feels good to an AMBS shareholder once again.
