your discussion of BOD and shareholder meetings is imo a dishonest distraction-given the mo of your posts
bod meetings and shareholder meetings are rarely open and free elections, either in pennies or blue chips, as i'm pretty sure you know
what you want is a hostile take over attempt-because such attempts sideline a co until they are over-even if they fail
co's rarely proceed to meetings -shareholder or otherwise-without a planned controlled outcome -thats why shareholders are expected to return co controlled proxies-often in a state of ignorance that prevents any other outcome
if a co does not receive the required proxies to guarantee an outcome they will almost always postpone or do something else until the outcome is guaranteed-aside for the selfish reasons for doing so fiduciary duty responsibilities to the mission of the co supported by a majority at the time that mission was promulgated may require doing so
so dont pretend some idyllic gilligans island world exists everywhere in business or anywhere else on this planet
the mission of the co at this time is to get 1 or more of their products to a wider audience- not to foolishly engage in,let alone invite, the protracted internal battles you desire in your effort to destroy the co
