Let me also give you a shareholder's perspective which I'm not sure you understand because you aren't one. The business plan as described to me before I invested here was that SFRX was to gain permits to search potential treasure sites in hopes of finding valuables.
They have obtained 3 permits. The first they did dive and came up empty. I believe they still feel that could be viable though. The second one they dove and found it not to be a treasure location and quit for good. The third they got a permit last year and had minimal time to dive it. But they did dive and found shipwreck materials before winter stopped them.
Now they are a week or two away from starting more routine diving and I have zero doubts that diving will indeed start. Will they find valuables? Who knows BUT they have executed the business plan described to me and continue to do so while keeping their financials current to stay in compliance and transparent. I'm sorry but I see no scam here and believe me I keep an eye on it. All I see is a company that is working to complete that plan and if that happens there's a lot of money to be made here.
You see that's why 99% of us are here. It's simple really. You and the defendant....you see conspiracy every place and boogeymen behind every tree. It is just crazy.
