If a thief stole $100 from you, would you be willi

The legal battle I had with Huffman, if you will wasn't a case I was involved with directly. I was a shareholder of TEXX (now revoked.....great job Craig) and Huffman and his partner in crime, Bruce Klein devised a scheme when former business partner Alonzo Pierce hijacked TEMN, now DKTS. They called Pierce a felon and just about every other name in the book, and after all that, Pierce and Huffman are bestie's again.
After the lawsuit was settled I obtained documents, affidavit's, etc and realized Huffy/Klein had essentially bribed Pierce, who I believed at one time. Pierce claimed legal right to the TEMN shell, which Huffman knew he didn't have, and instead of pushing the case further, he struck a deal with Pierce to get his client free trading shares.
Now think about this, if you claimed Pierce stole 1B common shares plus Preferred shares they gave Klein control and could even be converted into another 1.2B common shares, would you settled for a mere 125MM common shares, or about 5 cents on the dollar if you actually owned the shares with all legal rights, etc?
Unlike Judge Cook, Judge Isom rubber stamped the settlement in that case. Had Pierce refused Klein could have filed a complaint in NV against Pierce for fraud.
The shares Klein claimed were his were actually the property of TEXX. Klein had exchanged the shares in question so he could get free trading TEXX shares during the 2012 dump-a-thon there.
When I realized what they done I wrote a letter to the Judge. She called a case management hearing, but by the time of the hearing she appeared lost. I wasn't a party to the case so there was anything I could file.
I submitted a complaint to the Bar, and even though Huffman admitted the story line they gave the Court was false, they Bar can't act as a Court or on behalf of one. It's a legal Catch 22.
Kyle felt it necessary to submit something on Craig's behalf and defended his banned OTC attorney and told the Bar they were preparing to sue me. That was last summer.
Regardless, I guess I'm Kyle's Catch 22. I could sue Huffman but he wouldn't pay up. Sharing our experiences with you all is much cheaper. Plus I get to correspond with folks that are so respectful and don't name call. It's a lot of fun.
