The market doesn't get it yet.
A multi-billionaire has formed a subsidiary - SeD Biomedical Inc. - which is "an investment holding company that focuses in providing funding and restructuring expertise for companies in the biomedical sector."
And he is putting $500K into AMBS to pay down fees and "initiate the process of settling Amarantus' outstanding secured debt and convertible preferred equity securities."
Lastly, he has taken control of the board.
He is taking out the toxics. And when that happens, the value of AMBS will return to normal.
