I don't believe they will fire Gerald at all, keep in mind that his father and he started the company, no way he will be fired in my opinion.

I do however (and this is speculation on my part) expect that he will take another role within the company and one of the 4 new board directors will be our new CEO. We need a new face (without a bad image) and a more experienced leader imo.

And i totally agree and expect if that happens, the pps will get a big bump!
