My view from what i read and understood is:
I think we FINALLY have LIFTOFF!!!!
Although its just a LOI and not yet definitive (deal could still not be made, keep that in mind also), this is how i see it:
We now have a GREATLY UNDERVALUED company with marketcap of 2 million or so (you would think we have a valuation of a company thats about to go bankrupt, which many people were expecting by the way).
IF this deal gets done (which i think it will personally) the toxic financers will be removed from the picture and we have a clean balance sheet and now we can get a PROPER valuation and i'm guessing here, thats probably around a $100-$150million marketcap and thats not including those 4 assets they want to bring into AMBS (no idea what that brings to the table).
KEY IS: the toxics are REMOVED! CLEAN balance sheet and we get a more PROPER valuation of the company and our pipeline!
If they can achieve a deal then i'll probably be crying tears of happiness for averaging down the other week! finally my timing was good for once! lol
