I have been trying to connect the dots, but still

I already posted many times about this co in Singapore so no surprise there- its what I've been expecting to hear.
But I am trying to figure out what the "target assets" are and why they are involved in the deal. None of them come up when you google any of them- they seem to all be natural/ alternative/nutritional therapies.
80% of SeD Bio is owned by the parent co. in Singapore, but 10% of SeD biomedical is owned by Hollista Colltech, an Australian company that appears to sell nutritional based medical therapies- not sure how legit they are- there are a lot of supplement scams out there. Another 10% of SeD biomedical is owned by Global Research and Medical Group which looks like a shell co. in Florida. Maybe one or both of these 10% holders are somehow involved in these target assets?
All that really matters though is how much ownership of AMBS are they going to end up with when the dust clears and what is left for the shareholders?
Also, I'm still expecting an announcement soon from AVDX. They hired BMI the same day as AMBS.
