I feel it is a very good thing he converted.
Kaye picked a low price point to convert his shares. its 1.3 mill of common shares - what is that worth? not much....... I don't think he needs the $800.
I think that is a sign something larger is coming or expected....most likely positive. And he is preparing some shares to unload in lieu of future larger price increases where he will have some shares to unload to get some cash out.(which I am sure he deserves) This is most likely the case.
maybe stock price goes into the cents range eventually and then he will have some decent money to sell those conversion shares into.. I am sure that is the plan.
Now whether the "expected larger price increase" happens as planned -is yet to be determined.
Nothing in GC worlds happens as planned.- at least not yet.
