Ok, so "sucks" may be a little harsh, but I can't right-off all the missed timings of things.  He should just keep his mouth shut when it comes to the release of pr's, something he is currently doing.  Just give us the meat, and keep all the fluff off the table.  I think that we will soon find out if we have a valid company that is going to get it's value from processing dirt, or a company that is stuck in the mud and can't get free.
