Great question!  However, I was only referencing PR release timing and PPS.  I generally agree with your sentiments otherwise.   However, I'm not sure I would go as far to say the Chief sucks as there are many negatives working against the company and "him".  IMHO - he knows what needs to be done and how to do it.    

The thing that bothers me is PR promises.  While I don't post anything in PR dates under any circumstance and I will never view hard dates from the company as real, the missed dates make for great fodder in the negative camp.   In my view, the major mistakes of this company have been in this area.
