Always the conspiracy eh? You are so deep into the obsession that is all you see. For the record I do not think the increased volume was on non-public info as you state it.
As if it matters I think someone/company has done their homework on the potential of SFRX and realized we are nearing diving season and likes the risk/reward scenario at this point. As I stated in another post THIS GOES ON ALL THE TIME and you know it and it is not illegal. It is routine business.
