You claimed, as did others someone must know something....hence the volume/price spike.
IF someone traded on NON PUBLIC info that would be insider trading...PERIOD!!!
If others bought simply because they "felt" something must be going on then they have done nothing wrong.
Only an idiot would post the possibility of insider trading while singing the praises of insiders.
