"Sierra" is a hit and miss like other stock letters. They are looking to build a REPUTATION. They tend to write articles on stocks that have had already some news out and then expond on it. LIKE VRNG and now CTIX. VRNG is turning out to be one of the losers for them. CTIX will bring up thier average.
