That "Sierra" site shows some beach chick in a bikini that they claim is making all sorts of great stock calls. Meanwhile the person who is actually writing the posts is probably some guy in New Jersey who's writing in a cloud of cigar smoke... anyway I wouldn't take anything "Sierra" writes very seriously. I've seen people accuse them of pump and dump but have no knowledge of their true track record.
